1. User Registration

5. Payment Process
Buyer shall make the payment online in part or full based on terms and condition of the bid. The amount will be kept in a ‘virtual escrow account’ till the successful delivery / receiving as per bidding terms.
2. Profile Display
Profiles are highly customisable page with lots of cool gadgets and features with an active list of offerings or requirements by the user. Active lists are directly added to the bid engine.

‘On Plat’ Products/Solutions/Services are to be delivered as per terms upon receiving of payment
‘Off-Plat’ Product/Services shall be arranged based on SLA.
3. Bid Engine
Guided chat based interactive bidding system to get optimised result. Any user can participate in bidding for buying or selling products/solutions/services based on their profile attributes. Bid can be closed by acceptance or by exit/withdrawal from either side.
7. Settlement
Settlement of account will be done after a cooling-off period that is a specific time period enabling the buyer to raise any complaint/disputes.
4. Acceptance
Acceptance is the closure of any active bid. Auto-accept feature may be activated by user that closes the bid once matches with asking/target price. There are provisions for accepting a bid manually as well by any user.
